Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the informational materials regarding our big data platforms. You agree not to:
- Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer any proprietary high-performance data engineering solutions or logic presented on the site.
- Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce.
04. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Turkish Data Foundry, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
The content provided is for technical informational purposes only and does not constitute a formal engineering contract. Formal engagements are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSA).
05. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
