By accessing TurkishDataFoundry.digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This foundry operates as a specialized technical portal for big data platforms and analytics engineering. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of our digital assets immediately.

We provide high-performance data engineering solutions under a B2B framework. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Turkish Data Foundry and its licensors.

Our proprietary analytics engineering frameworks, code snippets, and architectural visualizations displayed on this site are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Turkey and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Turkish Data Foundry.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the informational materials regarding our big data platforms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer any proprietary high-performance data engineering solutions or logic presented on the site.
• Use any automated system, including "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the Service in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce.

In no event shall Turkish Data Foundry, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

The content provided is for technical informational purposes only and does not constitute a formal engineering contract. Formal engagements are governed by separate Master Service Agreements (MSA).

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
